Initially they will set up training for your staff.

We will then spend time in your care home to shadow your staff.

We will leave a users manual for you to read.

If all else fails the don’t panic ring us. For the first 5 days we will provide you with 24 hours care.

• Help with understanding how your eMARs solution works

• Help with software problems to include a delivery of an emergency tablet

• Referrals to our software Support supplier if the problem is too technical to include any co-ordination required.

• Liaise with your pharmacy to ensure that they get the best out of SafeMeds.

• Provide advise on other products that your home may require.
